We offer the following services
Special requests are welcomed and can be arranged via email. Our customers often request the cleaning of the oven and windows for an additional fee.
A Frequent Client Program is available. Our pricing is flat-fee and based on the square-footage of your condo, loft or townhouse. We are proud to offer competitive and affordable prices.
MOVING IN/OUT:
See specifications in the Full Service. Kindly take note that:
- We do not carry ladders. If need high cabinets cleaned, please provide a step stool
- We do not carry vacuums
- Oven cleaning is not included, but we offer the service. Cost: $35 plus HST
- We do not clean windows interior or exterior. When weather allows we can clean balcony windows only, clients must provide with a foldable squeegee, paper towels, and a bucket. Cost per Hour: $30 plus HST

FULL CLEANING SERVICE (for first time customers)
- Small Condo (1 bedroom/1 full bathroom up to 600sqft) $95.00 + HST(3 Hrs.)
- Medium Condo (1+Den/1.5 bathrooms 601sqft – 800sqft) $115.00 + HST(4 Hrs.)
- Large Condo (2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms 801sqft to 1200sqft) $125.00 + HST(4.5 Hrs.)
- Extra Large Condo (2 bedrooms + Den/2.5 bathrooms 1201-1400sqft) $135.00 + HST(5 Hrs.)
MAINTENANCE HOME CLEANING SERVICE (for monthly users)
- Small Condo (1 bedroom/1 full bathroom up to 600sqft) $85.00 + HST(2.5 Hrs.)
- Medium Condo ( 1+Den/1.5 bathrooms 601sqft – 800sqft) $95.00 + HST(3 Hrs.)
- Large Condo (2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms 801sqft to 1200sqft~2Bedroom) $115.00 + HST(4 Hrs.)
- Extra Large Condo (2 bedrooms +Den/2.5 bathrooms 1201sqft-1400) $125.00 + HST(4.5 Hrs.)
Additional Services
Should you require any other service in your home or need additional time? No problem! Additional hour is: $30 plus HST.
- We do not clean walls, steam carpets or clean balconies with fences.
Oven Cleaning is performed with a day in advance, since customers spray the inside of the stove with the chemical of their choice. Cost $35, plus HST

OUR PRICES: Our prices are based on the size of your condo, loft or town home. Easy booking online, you can pay by credit card, or PayPal account.
OUR STAFF: We take pride and have passion in what we do; and we love working with pets!
Our staff is carefully selected, trained and hired. All cleaners have a negative recent Criminal Background Check at hiring. We hire motivated cleaners that earn above minimum wage and receive Ontario’s basic Legislation benefits, including WSIB. We are a team who loves providing an outstanding service. Our Products
We bring our cleaning products. We kindly request paper towels and a vacuum (if carpeted) if not carpeted, we use a broom, and a mop.
We use the SAFEBLEND brand, and other commercial brands to disinfect bathrooms.
Our General Duties in either of the services:
✓ We sweep and/or vacuum all floors. When vacuum is provided.
✓ We mop the floors in all areas with a microfiber mop, and we do not use any chemicals.
✓ We remove dust from furniture, shelving, mirrors, portraits and most ornaments. We use microfiber cloths to dust and dusters with a handle. If full cleaning removing dust in more thorough.
